Each storage shed is 10.500 x 4.000 x 4.200 High with a remote controlled roller door to the front and Personal Access door to the rear which has a keyed lock fitted. There is ample space to forecourt area for simple manoeuvring ( approx. 20.500 lin. metres from front of shed to fence line.
The yard is fenced by 2.000 high cyclone fencing and the entire area has security cameras to all parts of the yard.
Each bay has a trickle charge charging point available
The forecourt has ample lighting that is on throughout the night

There are 8 Bays available at $305.00/month (28 days)
Entry to the yard is 7 Muddylane North Moonta Via motor controlled gates which are accessed by placing a code which will be given to the tenant when picking up the remote for entry to the storage shed
If the remote is lost a Charge of $150.00 will be charged to the tenant

Tenancy will be for a minimum of 6 Months with payment up front
